What is Distorted Reality?
Distorted Reality is an independent WA-based apparel brand blending Aussie culture with brutal, high-detail, deathcore-inspired artwork.
Every design is original, released in limited drops, and printed here in Australia.
What is a presale?
A presale means shirts are not pre-made.
Instead, all orders are collected first, then produced in one batch.
This allows us to:

Keep each design limited

Avoid holding dead stock
Production only begins after the presale period ends.
How do drops work?

You place your order during the presale window.

Once presale closes, production begins.

Your order ships as soon as production is complete.
Every drop is printed in small batches based on exactly what was sold.
When does Drop 001 ship?
Drop 001 presale ends December 22.
Production begins after January 5 and typically takes 2–4 weeks.

Standard: 3–7 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Will you ever offer in-stock items instead of presale?
Right now we run on a drop-based presale system — it keeps prices fair and every release exclusive.
As the brand grows, some evergreen items (logo tees, hats, shorts, etc.) will become in-stock.
Until then, drops remain limited and small-batch.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — Australia only for now.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and additional local payment methods depending on your device.
What if I order the wrong size?
If your shirt doesn’t fit, you can request a size exchange within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is:

Unwashed

In original condition
⚠️ Please note: All presale items are made to order and cannot be exchanged or refunded for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
We strongly recommend checking the size guide carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we’ll of course make it right — please contact us as soon as possible.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email contact@distortedreality.com.au with your order number and photos.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll replace or refund it ASAP.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled during the presale period.
Once production begins, orders are locked in and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Are your shirts high quality?
Yes — we use premium blanks (such as AS Colour depending on the printer) and professional Australian printing for clean, durable, high-detail results.
Will designs be restocked?
Most designs are one-and-done.
If something returns, we’ll announce it — but assume each drop is limited unless stated otherwise.
Can I track my order?
Yes — a tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel ships.
