DISTORTED REALITY — SHIPPING POLICY (AUSTRALIA)

Thank you for choosing Distorted Reality. This policy applies to all Australian orders.
1. Processing Times
Distorted Reality operates on a combination of limited drops, preorder items, print-to-order pieces, and held stock.
Production timeframes vary depending on the item purchased.
🕒 Drops (Presale Items)
2–4 weeks after the presale period closes.
(Drop 002 production begins 4th March 2026.)
🕒 Preorder Items
Approximately 2 weeks from order date.
Estimated completion timeframes are listed on the product page.
🕒 Core Range Tees (Print to Order)
4–5 business days before shipping.
🕒 In-Stock Items
Shipped the next business day (Unless purchased with a presale item, in that case they will be shipped once all items are complete.)
Once production is complete, orders are packed and dispatched immediately.
📦 Mixed Orders (Important)
If your order contains multiple item types (e.g. presale, preorder, print-to-order, or in-stock items), your entire order will ship together once all items are ready.
We do not automatically split shipments.
If you require items to be shipped separately, please place separate orders.
Shipping Times (After Dispatch)
Standard: 3–8 business days
Express: 1–3 business days
Shipping timeframes begin after your order has been dispatched.
You will receive tracking via email once your parcel has shipped.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
3. Tracking
All orders include tracking.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.
Didn’t receive it?
Email contact@distortedreality.com.au and we’ll resend the details.
4. Addresses & Re-Shipping
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If a parcel is returned due to:

An incorrect or incomplete address, or
-
Failure to collect from the post office
A re-shipping fee will apply.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels
Once a parcel is lodged with Australia Post or another courier, delivery timeframes are outside our control.
We are not liable for parcels once in carrier possession that are:

Lost by the carrier

Stolen after delivery
-
Delayed due to postal or courier issues
However, we’ll assist you in lodging an investigation with the carrier if needed.
6. External Delays
Events such as public holidays, strikes, severe weather, or network congestion may cause delays.
These circumstances are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds unless the product becomes unavailable.
7. International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only.
